Please note that only FA affiliated teams will be eligible to enter the tournament - STRICTLY NO ACADEMY TEAMS.
Completing this registration form does not guarantee your team a place in the tournament. All applications will be reviewed by the Tournament Committee team prior to confirmation being sent.
Please note the Girls' competition is invitation-only, please do not register if you have not been invited to do so.
